Dragon Age Origins created by Bioware is quite possibly the greatest RPG I've had the pleasure of playing in the past 2 years or so. The game has many paths to take called "origins", each origin is different depending on which character you create at the start of the game. You can choose between a Human, Dalish Elf, Mage Elf, Dwarven Noble, Dwarven Commonor, and of course male or female of each character. The job classes you can pick from are Mage, Warrior, Rogue, and the sub classes are Templar, Berserker, Champion, Reaver, Blood Mage, Arcane Mage, Shapeshifter, Spirit Healer, Assassin, Archer, Duelest, and Bard. Every action you take affects the outcome of the game in some way, you might not notice it at first but later on you will see a huge difference in the game based on something you did 10 hours ago. The outcomes the game has vary so greatly that you can play the game all the way through 20 times and still not see everything. Your main character can develop relationships with the rest of your group and can eventually develop an intimate relationship with them if you choose to do so, wether those relationships be Heterosexual or Homosexual is entirly up to you.

After a certain point in the game whichever character you choose will end up at the same spot when you become a Grey Warden, the only warriors capable of destroying the Darkspawn. The Grey Wardens have existed since ancient times, however, their numbers dwindled about a hundred years ago; so now you join a small elite group of monster slayers in a journey to stop the Arch Demon. The darkspawn are kind of like zombies, they are comprised of transformed Dwarves, Elfs, and Humans, aswell as other interesting creatures such as Ogers and Dragons. There are currently a total of 3 Dragons to fight in the game, but with DLC there will hopefully be more to fight soon! The picture on the left is of one of the dragons in the game (the Sacred Ash Dragon), slaying these magnificent creatures is truly a joy in this game. I suggest saving your game before fighting one of the dragons and then fight it many times over just for the enjoyment.
My Rating - 5/5 (GREAT GAME!)
